Frame & Bodywork

If you are in the greater Seattle/Eastside area and looking for a new chiropractor and/or massage therapist, I heartily encourage you to go to Frame & Bodywork in Issaquah. I've been treated by these women for the past 7+ years and would never consider going to anyone else. My friend Briana recently opened this practice - she is an amazing massage therapist (literally, one of the best I've ever been to). She along with a wonderful chiropractor whom I also adore, another massage therapist who also happens to be a dear friend, a lovely billing specialist who also happens to be a friend, and a few other talented ladies make up this wonderful practice where your total-body best interests will be looked after and you will leave feeling like a million bucks.

So anyway .. Briana asked me to come by during the Open House and shoot some photos of their lovely new practice in exchange for a massage (I love nothing more than a good trade!). If you think this place is cute, you should see Briana's adorable old house at the base of Mt. Si in North Bend. Bri's style is awesome; I always walk around her home with a bit of drool hanging off my lip. I am dying to go there one day and take pictures of her home ... but I digress. Here is Frame & Bodywork - drop by in person and get an adjustment or massage; you won't be sorry!

That is the lovely Briana herself in the picture to the right. I am so happy for my stylish, health-conscious, talented friend to have opened her own practice! Like I said, if you need bodywork done, do not hesitate to visit Bri and the ladies at Frame & Bodywork. I can't wait to go see them ASAP!

Another cool thing I must share with you: Frame & Bodywork is located in the historic Gilman Village which has an Art Walk the first Friday of every month. I am super excited to announce that at the Art Walk on August 6th my photography will be featured at Frame & Bodywork! I am so very honored Briana asked me to be Frame & Bodywork's artist of the month. More info on that will be on this blog as the date looms closer!

Right now I am focused on getting to know my camera again after it was in the shop for weeks (sad story for another time) and gearing up for MY FIRST WEDDING which I'll be shooting on the 23rd. I will have an awesome assistant backing me up at the wedding whom I've never worked with but totally admire her photography (shout out to Kara!!), and I know she and I will work really well together - we both have the same quirky, detail-oriented style. It will be an exciting day for sure, for everyone involved .. I can't wait to share photos of the casual, fun, love-filled beach wedding of Lacey & Kory. Stay tuned!!
