Recently my aunt referred me to her step-granddaughter Lacey who is getting married this summer. I never planned on photographing couples or weddings but I told myself "just meet with them, and if you don't click, you can refer them to someone else." So, long story short, I made a date with Lacey & Kory and the instant I saw them sitting in Starbucks I knew I was going to love them. And I think they liked me too, because they hired me for their engagement session!

So a few Sundays ago, the guys & I took the ferry to Kingston and spent the day with Lacey & Kory. It was a really fun day, even with the cold drizzly weather. They were so easygoing and fun to work with. Kory hates getting his picture taken but was a very good sport. And their dogs are completely adorable. Here are a few of my favorite shots from their session.
